e-Kanban Wireless Smart Sensor.

To facilitate warehouse stock replenishment, FasThink has developed the e-Kanban system, capable of detecting and automatically communicating stock shortages to the IT system through a LoRa transceiver.
The design of the e-Kanban Smart Sensor is similar to that of an industrial limit switch. Easily installable, thanks to wireless communication it does not require complex and costly wiring operations.
It is mounted easily on gravity roller conveyors where containers for material picking and kit preparation for production are placed.

Its operation is very simple and efficient: every time an empty container is removed from the roller conveyor or other types of shelving, the sensor detects the status change and automatically sends the replenishment request for the missing material to the IT system.
